How to play
Everyone gets a secret tic
The phone goes round privately and each player learns their gesture. Nobody knows anyone else’s.
The conversation starts
The app drops a topic and the group talks freely. Place your tic naturally, without underlining it.
The call-out
When you think you’ve spotted someone, say it: “Your tic is touching your ear.”
Spotted… or missed
Right: they’re caught and out. Wrong: you walk away with a small forfeit.
How you win
The player who lasts longest without being caught — and calls out the most tics — takes it.
Tips
- Do your tic while someone else is talking: all eyes are on the speaker.
- Don’t repeat it too often, that’s the classic giveaway.
- It plays well in the background of a party — it doesn’t need everyone’s full attention.
