The goal
The provoker wants the word out of someone else’s mouth. The group wants to smell the trap first.
How to play
A secret provoker
One player privately gets the ghost word on the phone. Nobody knows it’s them.
The conversation starts
The app drops a topic. Someone else always speaks first — never the provoker.
They lay the bait
They steer the conversation toward their word with examples, questions and stories. Anything goes, except the word.
Ghost… or caught!
The word slips out: GHOST, the provoker wins. Someone calls it first: YEK IT!, the group wins.
How you win
The provoker wins the moment someone else says the word. The group wins by calling them out before that.
Tips
- Provoker: aim around the word, never at it.
- Group: watch whoever keeps dragging the topic back to the same place.
- A random YEK IT! is expensive — wait until you have a real reason.
